Refund Policy


You are eligible for Refund in Three Conditions as follows

Condition 1: If You Don't Receive UPC (Unique Porting Code) within 72 Hours of Purchase.

Condition 2: if Your Order Status Didn't Changed from Processing to Successful in case payment deducted from Your Account Within 24 Hours of Purchase.

Condition 3: if Your Order is Us for Some Reason (In this Condition You are Eligible for Full Refund)

Note: In Case of Condition 3 You Will be Informed by Message on your Registered Mobile that "Your Order is Rejected and You will recieve refund in 7-10 Business Days"

Step 3: Mention Subject as Order ID: (Your Order ID) Refund Request [Note: Without "()"]

Step 4: Fill Out Details Page Asks and Create Ticket

If You Follow Above Steps Your Refund will be issued to you within 7-10 business days.
